I have just spoken to Supervisor Eba (1535048) and Customer service rep Yolanda (YOS) about my current increase in services. For an extra $34.71 increase I can continue to have my EXACT same services that I was paying $74.24 to have. There is NO justification for me paying an EXTRA $34.71 and not receiving any ADDITIONAL programming! I understand promos end but if there is going to be an increase make it worth my while! These 2 individuals did NOTHING to maintain my business of 3 years and auto paying (NEVER LATE) payment history! But I will NEVER come back to TIME WARNER for any of my service needs! The equipment is old, reused, abused, and beyond repair before you even receive it! I am highly disappointed and I hope that someone of power will see how your BEST customers are treated!!
