Will not order from this company again

In the beginning, anything appeared to be okay. I received my purchase inside a month, simply to discover that only 2 sets were within the bundle rather than the 3 that I requested. I wrote them-and informed them about my issue, they stated these were temperature. Sold-out, and might deliver once they have more in. Per month 5 handed, and that I e mailed them where's the remainder of my purchase? It got quite a long time to obtain a response plus they stated they nevertheless do not have them in. After delivering many emails without reaction, I ultimately obtained one declaring easily would really like another set instead. I said yes, and needed to choose another set, delivered the email. No reply back. I delivered them another email wondering basically was designed to get verification # or what. No reply. Then lastly I acquired an answer saying that I'll get a confirmation briefly... Three times approved, no verification. Long story short, lots of unanswered emails, also it required an overall total of 3-4 weeks to get the remainder of my purchase. Won't purchase out of this organization again.
