Transconnect enterprise supposed to sale the software called refund recovery to processed onernight shipping refunds for companies that use fedex, ups or airborne express, on the internet they have a nice web page with enough literature about the refund processor bussiness that is sold for $64.95 with shipping and hadling.

In the month of june i decided to purchased the software, i sent apersonnal check to them and on june 13 they took the money out of my account and as of today i haven't received anything, i look on the consumer complaintss to find out that over 27 people has been ripped-off also by the same company. I think is time for somebody to do something about it, the FBI should get involved lord knows how many more people has been ripped by this fraudulent company. Lets stpped somebody
