Online Scam - Fraud

MacPalace.com is a scam. Do not order anything from them, as their products do not work, and they will screw you in the refund process. That is how this business model makes money. It is a complete and total internet scam.

I ordered a refurbished MAC from MacPalace.com in Q4 2011. When it came to me the charger did not work at all, therefore I was not able to turn the computer on once the computer ran out of juice. It was an older charger that isn't sold at Apple stores any longer, and is rather hard to get your hands on.

I spoke with a representative at MacPalce explaining the problem, and sent the computer back for a full refund just as they had instructed me to do so on the phone.in the meantime, I purchased a new computer for my needs straight from the Apple Store expecting that I would be fully refunded for the faulty item from MacPalace. I had to pay for shipping, of course, but the item was to be returned for a full refund as discussed.
