I sent them my recipt all info they wanted prof of purchase, from home shopping. They are crooks it said invalid e-mail address some one help! I wrote them 3 time I would never refer any one to buy their products. Very upset consumer; I hope you rip them apart. I got bad customer service over my $20.00 dollar rebate
