Fraudulent Memberships and Charges

I have been trying to disable charges from this company, which I have been charged from 3 different names in the past, for almost 2 years. From the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance statement on the bottom of the main page of their website I assume that this is an adult website. Each year I get a mystery charge and always it comes back to the same site, or a different site address with the same ambiguous setup and language.

The charge on my bank account statement reads: technoad 866-7229965 OR

There is always a direct link to cancel a membership but never a link to where the membership came from or the site that it pertains to or what my membership is to begin with. Last time I called them and even the representative "didn't have any information" on what I was actually getting charged for. This time the phone number on the site is disconnected.
