Celltrackagent
Will cancel, will not refund

I had a charge from 2 months ago for celltrackagent. I explained that I wanted to cancel due to my financial situation. The Indian operator gladly and quickly cancelled the annual subscription, then explained there were no refunds. I then asked - "so the year's worth of service I paid for is cancelled, but there will be no refund?" She says thats correct, its in the user agreement, it was my responsibility to know that already. Only bright side - she promises there will be no recurring bill.
