Won't return money after canceling

I ended an order of the fridge out of this organization plus they delivered mean email verification stating they'd return my income. It's been 3 months with no credit to my bill. I've sent and named atleast 6 occasions plus they guarantee every time that they can return my cash however they do not. I'd be careful purchasing something from their website. I switched the problem to my charge card business.
