Ripoff

I wish I have read the messages in this website before I downloaded and paid for 2 years membership fee with this company. I also e-mailed them several times to get my money back as soon as I found out that the software doesn't work. I also attempted to correspond with the (bogus) supportcenter but there were no response.

After a few more attempts, I decided I have been ripped off. I just happen to search for that company again and found that I am not alone.
