Ripoff, fraudulent, make you pay for software that's not working at all, should be prosecuted and shut down Rochester New York

I firstly paid and then downloaded the software. I installed it and did not find it to work as was advertized. When trying to use the software a second time, it didn't load at all.

Software could not be downloaded so had to install it off the web. Fraudsters like 247 Downloads MUST be removed from the internet, they are like low life criminals and should be dealth with in the appropriate way.
