Ripoff charges for website never visited

I have been charged with looking at an adult web cam site and i was never at home or visited such a site. I am not even the person in the household the phone bill comes to and this charge was in my name. There are no kids living in my home so i guess someone broke into my house also. I would like to know if anyone has paid them or what you have done to get these people to leave you alone. I have emailed national one and all they say is that i have to pay it and that it was visited on my computer with a signature from a George with no last name. There is no number and this is such a fraud i want the charges dropped. Please HElp
