Rip off company!

Egloablwireless is a complete rip off.

I ordered a 7" inch mini net book exactly one week ago. The split second I got it in the mail, I opened it, let it charge and turned it on. The computer already kept popping up messeges saying " script error" and "application error" and freezed up. I had to restart the thing 5 times the first day I got it! Its been one week, I have yet to accomplish any thing on it. I got it to do school work and thats it.

Its been freezing up before the page gets fully loaded. Ive been calling the eglobalwireless' s telephone number since the first day I got it, there is a recording that says to press 1 to make a purchase, press 2 for technical support etc. Well, for a week now, Ive called by the hour and always pressed the option for technical support and even general customer support, it plays music for 2 mins than everytime goes to a voice mail for you to leave a message. Ive left several messages - no one called back. I went online to do the "online chat support" - well what good is that, because it asks for your info and your problem then says an email has been sent to the company and they will get back to you. Nobody ever did!

So funny thing today I called and pressed the option for " to make a purchase" and someone answers right away! Interesting, they get right to you to get your money! Now, I paid $108.00 for this netbook and thats including a one year warranty. I want a full refund, under there policy, they want 25% of what you paid for a "restocking fee" plus you have to pay the shipping. (Which was free when it was sent out) I think this is completly ridiculous and a scam and someone please needs to look into this company. They are not bbb accredited. I take full stupidy for purchasing from them, a lesson learned.

Also, on the website there is alot of customer reviews on the product of how much they like it and how theyve had no problems with it what so ever. Well, It you look on the website, I couldnt find a single place to enter a review!
