Horrible experience. I had been guaranteed that the object might get to period for my boy's birthday, after which educated significantly less than 2 business days before his birthday that it had been unavailable. (Therefore virtually no time to-order elsewhere without spending excessive overnight delivery.) The 2nd product I requested was in-stock although not delivered, and at that time it'd have appeared after his birthday. No verification whatsoever of the issue from Packed Chrome, despite my saying the problem within the telephone after which delivering a polite but disappointed mail. I am aware that perhaps products get discontinued, but 1. Do not guarantee somebody that the object may appear promptly when you yourself have not confirmed this can be done, 2. If for whatever reason away from handle a product isn't accessible, provide the client sufficient notice to-order elsewhere, 3. If none of the above mentioned are feasible and also you cannot provide a young child's birthday present promptly, provide a real apology and create some make an effort to cure the problem, *before* the unfavorable evaluation!
