I purchased the SaveMore offer on 12-2-11 which was $10 for a $20 Barnes and Royal giftcard. I purchased this like a Holiday present for my child. The offer wasn't to become prepared until 12-12-11.

On 12-12-11, I continued my consideration at SaveMore and required (by pressing choices) the gift-card be delivered to my house address. 13 times before Christmas - it will have managed to get below. I never received it.

I waited, examining my email daily, after-Christmas, considering the Holiday email triggered the wait. I never received it.
