Quinstreet.com doesn't pay publisher, does NOT respond to emails/phone calls

We registered as a publisher for education leads. After like literally months of emails and phone calls for what should be a simple process, it was finally setup.

All this was a complete waste of time. They don't pay out! We have a balance of $60 thats been there for months. At first they told us minimum payout is $50, and now they can't even explain why payment hasn't been made. They don't answer emails or phones. They are basically a scam, disguised under a public company.

If you are a publisher, do NOT, i repeat, DO NOT deal with them. They are a mess and a scam.
