Com ripoff Fraudulently sells magazines Charges your credit card nothing else

August 9 my wife paid for her renewal to a magazine she has been getting for years through Mags for less web site. Got confirmation estimated "start time", length, cost and name of the magazine ordered. This was to look like they were legitimate.

The time for the first issue came and went with no magazine. If you checked the order status on the web site it claims it was processed. Complaints were handled via an online form. Other than a ticket number nothing happened. I doubted anyone read the complaints yet alone tried to resolve it.

After many trips to fill out this form finally got an email from them. They claimed they forwarded it to the publisher. We contacted the publisher who told us they haven't heard of MagsForLess and question why we didn't renew directly from them. Many months and emails with mags for less blaming the publisher even though the payment was never sent to them. Also was using their online complaint box.

April they claimed they found the error and somehow my wife's order was misrouted and never processed. They claim the publisher raised the price and because they can't honor the price paid they would refund the payment.

Checking the web site today searching for the order came up blank. Option was to open a ticket or refine search. If you log in account history shows "processed successfully" showing the order number thier search couldn't find record of. They have a link to cancel order and request refund. This is a dummy button and does nothing. There is no phone or pyhsical address. It is a complete scam. They answer emails at the start and tell you nothing can be done before the start of service date. Which is a month commencing 60 days past order date. Credit card companies have a policy stating you have to file a dispute in 30 days. So trying to get the payment back is impossible.

Order via the publisher and even if you pay more at least you get the magazines. Mags for less is a complete fraud. No way to talk to anyone. These crooks hide behind the facade of an email so they don't have to account for thier theft. Rather than Magsfor Less it should be called taking suckers for more.
