Rip-off! They put an unauthorized charge on my personal checking acct

On June 17 this company charged $10.59 to my personal acct. When I searched the internet I was directed to this site where I found a couple other reports regarding this internet company.
I called my bank and they could not give me any info regarding this company and told me that it will take up to 2 weeks to do an investigation and get my money back.
