I filled out a survey online and then received a charge of 24.90 on my phone bill saying i applied for e-mail servicewhich i did not because i already have service thr other companies. I callled the company and they said i gave all the information. I said well what about a birthdate or ss# they said we have that and i said well what is it and she asked my ss#i gave a false one and she said yes i have that. Pretty shady. I disputed this charge. The copmany does not exist i explained to my phone company
