I wondered why my bill was a little high and looked at the last page and saw Integretel's charge for $14.95 for Tech support! I checked and found this charge hit my phone bill at least since May. I have an A cert in computers and don't think I need tech support. I do recall speaking with someone months ago offering this and told them at the time I did not want it.
Apparently they did not understand the meaning of the word no! I did speak with someone at Integretel and they tried to tell me I voleteered to sign up and told me that was the only way to do it. So, instead of arguing I just told him to be sure and cancel it. He said he would. There are complaints about this company going back to 2002. I think that is enough proof to have the FCC at least look at them. So I am going to foward everyone of these complaints to them and encourage everone else to do the same. And keep sending to them. Bug the crap out of them (FCC) until they respond. Good Luck
