Scam, Scam, Scammed Me! Stay AWAY

I ordered the Canada Mobile phone list on 1/23 and something TOLD me not to. Well anyways I placed and order, RIGHT after I did I changed my mind, I called them that same day at 2:46 PM and they said they dont do any refunds and that my order has already been shipped. Now I am reading their terms and it says. "WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS OR OPENED SOFTWARE OR ANY FILE THAT WAS SENT VIA DOWNLOAD LINK."

Now WHY wasnt I offered a refund if I had not even OPENED or EVEN received the package when their terms clearly states I should. My software wasnt opened, a custom order or a download link file! They are not honoring their practices and now I'm supposed to take a $720 loss? NO!
