Consistently poor quality, not worth the lower prices

Harbor Freight sells cheap tools. After some bad experiences, I used to think that "don't buy anything with a motor" was a good guide to Harbor Freight shopping.
Now I have a drill set with bent drills that blunt readily and a 1000 pound winch in which the work gear stripped out at 200 pounds load.
Other tool outlets cost a little more, but sell infinitely better products.
