HK ZEON JYUN Trading LTD Will not respond once you mention that you want to return the purchase

Purchased a tablet, informed them that it didn't perform as expected. Did not get a response. I purchased another that at a local store. Sent several more e-mails. I finally got a response after using their site several times with sales and service plus a place where you can submit comments. 3 seperate notices, more than once on each. Also called a phone# which got me another spot to e-mail. 7 e-mails later I'm in the same spot. They would send me links to dwn load programs to help the tablet perform better, even though I had already informed them that I no longer wish to keep the item, but wanted to return the item. I asked the for conformation on the return address also a RMA #. Nothing. I even placed comments on their Facebook page. All I got was a response from another stating she was having the same problem. Do not use these people, they claim to be a global company, but they can't even return a small purchase like mine.
