Refund ripoff

I bought two (2) refilled cartridges from this ripoff company. They charged me a $4.00 core charge per cartridge. They told me at the time they would refund in cash the core charge when I brought them back. They said nothing about keeping the receipts or store credit only.

When I did bring them back (because one did not work and the other only lasted a few weeks) they would not give me my money back. They offered to give me a store credit but I was through doing business with these scoundrels. Do NOT do business with these people. Their product does not last very long, certainly not to the same standards if bought from HP and new.

This store is a ripoff and should be boycotted until they go out of business. I don't agree with much of what the Wall Street Occupiers were protesting about, but they WERE right about one thing. These businesses and corporations are greedy, unethical, and can't be trusted to keep their side of a bargain. They will look you in the eye and climb a tree to tell you a lie, rather than stand on the ground and tell the truth. (m.T.). Buyer beware with this company, Cartridge World, Muskogee, Oklahoma
