Bad customer service and delivery

I've waited 14 days for an order I put. The very first week citilink could not find my house-but stated they'd left two cards. I've sent Laura Ashley 8 occasions without any response. I ultimately named and after being placed on store twice was informed I'd be called back. This phone was 18 mins at their large phone rate. I have not been called back. I settled £250 for substance and £4.50 for shipping. I still have no idea after I can get my purchase. I'll never employ Laura Ashley again. They don't comprehend about customer support. I actually donot feel appreciated and feel scammed.
