Bingohall.com
Ripoff! False advertising! No bonuses as promised

Internet & Web

I have had problems with Bingohall.com who also run Winward Casino. I had a lucky streak made a few withdrawals, then suddenly when depositing I was not getting the newsletter bonuses. When I Inquired I was told there was no bonus, yet I had screenshots of the newsletter offering bonuses, as soon as I deposited the newsletter was changed, this happened 4-5 times.
I took screenshots of the before and after newsletters, I held a conversation with someone from management who admitted he had changed the newsletter and his reason was my winning too much.

Then my account was closed by them, with the excuse I was threatening to recall my neteller deposit, which I did say I would do, as I have the screenshots as proof to neteller that they were changing the newsletters every time I deposited to try and stop me from winning.
This site is gambling commission approved, and will be reported for their unethical behaviour and unprofessional treatment of customers. A warning to all take your money elsewhere, as they only want losers to play there.
