Went on line to play at bingohall.com After winning a five hundred dollar payout was given the runaround about cashing out. I have been a casino supervisor for twenty years in Las Vegas. This is a scam and fraud. Their policies of cashing out are incoherent, confusing and are not given to the consumer upon purchase. I understand the parent company owns several on-line casinos world-wide. They should be avoided and this company and their deceptive practices are the very reason stringent laws concerning on-line gambling will be put into place before it is considered acceptable legality in the United States.
