Another "Me Too!"

Add me to the list of people Savemore.com has ripped off.

I don't know if this is a case of them being scammers or of a company that got in over their heads, but the lack of customer service and accountability is horrible.

I bought an Overstock.com Gift card and it was never received.

It is nearly impossible to find any contact info on their site. Every good site has a "Contact Us" link at the bottom. They do not.

I did find a phone number, but after a long time on hold with the requisite "We're helping other customers..." recording, they sent me to leave a message every time I've called (3x).

I've sent two emails to their "help" address. No reply.

I've even posted a complaint on Twitter, thinking it would catch their eye, but it didn't.

Stay away!!!
