Internet Service unusual ripoff!

I have been billed now for over a YEAR from walmart's internet provider www.wmconnect.com, when I have cancelled somewhere around ten times on the phone with your customer service. I was told the service was cancelled, and received my confirmation number.
I am sick of wasting my time that I do not have the time to waste with your customer service one more time. It has been a cycle of accomplishing absolutely nothing and a very high amount of frustrating. I have truly never been so unhappy with a service, as I have been with yours.
I need immediate action taken on this issue, or I am taken action myself, and this will be solved (which I wouldn't reccommend because it will be a large loss to your company). I am fed up and I am sure you can understand why after a entire year of charges that I DID NOT have or use, not to say have tried for this long to cancel, told I would be reimbursted, even offered a free month of the service (that I never used by the way), and then told my service would be stopped and apoligized. Well it's a year later, and I will not talk nor tolerate your companies customer service again.
