Dbycm.com Advertised "Made In The USA" Web Design Then Used My Money To Hire Overseas Outsourcing Company To Complete My Project. Never Finished or Returned My Money

I shopped around for someone to do PHP and SQL programming for a website idea I had. I was going to go overseas but I felt guilty and decided to go with a US company instead. I contacted crystal and told her what I wanted and she gave me a price and a completion date.

After putting down the deposit she assured me that she would get right on my project... Right after she came back from vacation. This is where I knew I was going to have a problem. Everything was always behind and it was hard to even get in touch with her.

She ended up taking my money and then putting the work that needed to be done on an outsourcing website! The same website I was going to use before choosing her "MADE IN THE USA" company. I was outraged. She took my money and then wanted to pay somebody else to do the work.

Long story short she never finished my project and did not want to refund my money.

I am in a different state so I had no remedy. Im out 3000 dollars because of this USA company. Lesson learned... The hard way p. S she is a witch so if you arent into the occult then id stay away
