Monthly charges to my account even after i sent a request to cancel said account... Repeated attempts to cancel my account and a week after i was told id get my refund... Still no refund

I signed up for this company for 1 month. Fine print said there would be a monthly recurring charge (didnt se that) when i tried to cancel the only option was to send a email (request) after many tries and emails and multiple charges stil hasnt been canceled. Theres no way to ever speak to a Live agent since their agents are always busy. Its been over a week now since i was finally told id get a refund and it would only take 2 days to get the refund, this company just is fishy. Thers not even a phone number to contact them. The only option is send them a email and wait forever if ever for a response.
