Bryan schemed his way into a ownership and ceo position with the holding company corporation, In The Web LLC of this successful web site company on the basis of claims of many important contacts and and false promises of "signed deals"and he increased the overhead by several thousand percent and nearly drove them out of business. He claimed that he would open a new office for the company in San Diego and had several "done deals" which were ready to close. He proceeded to cash a client's check of over $5,000.00 and subsequently, without the consent of the partners, also cleared out the payroll and tax bank accounts of the company just days before payday, forcing the founders of the company to add personal funds to cover employee paychecks, moved permanently to San Diego, and started ACR INTERACTIVE with computers and other equipment he took when claiming he was going to open a San Diego office for the company. Claiming MissionE-Commerce clients as his own, he even tried to use their intellectual property, technologies and methodologies as his own. The problem with acr interactive is bryan can not produce anything without the support of a real company but is very good at lying and continues to ride of off this companies hard earned accomplishments.
