Please don't waste your money!!!

I too received this same email... And I was so eager to get my Website on the search engines that I fell for it "Hook, Line, and sinker" PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... It's like setting fire to your hard earned dollars! They are WORTHLESS!

A little history - I contacted the Company in Jan. (4 months after we entered into our contract). Very upset because I could NOT fine my Website under MOST of the words or on "Goggle" One of the most common search engines. They sent reports for My least favorite words or parses at the bottom of my list, for some of the least used search engines, some I had never even heard of. I Trademarked the Name of my Product that I invented, and my Website is the productsname.com, and you couldn't even pull MY SITE up under ANY search engines using the NAME of the product... When I started with them they asked me to submit 15 words or parses that someone would probably use in search of my product or a product that is used for the same reasons. It took 3 Months to have ANY results and when you did see something it was some off the wall search engine. My Webmaster said it was very obvious what they had done. They "Spammed" the search engines with the same words or parses and repeated them over and over. From what I understand NOW is that IF you do this, the search engines will recognize what you are doing and throw your submissions out. If not ALL they will use the least used ones. But in my opinion, the most commonly used words you couldn't even find me.

When I called and complained the gentleman that answered and that I spoke with was extremely Condescending, rude and VERY Defensive. Especially, when I mentioned that I had read complaints on this website from other UNHAPPY customers that felt that had not gotten their moneys worth, he then offered to refund my money. He got Rude and Sarcastic and downright childish in his reaction. I asked him WHY the MAIN word, THE PRODUCT NAME did not come up and all he could say is "Any idiot that knows the name of your product should KNOW to just type it in and add the.com.

I couldn't believe it when he said that. It was like DUHHH!!! Yet I would and everyone that has contact me to order my product said, you ought to just be able to type the word, (The name of the product" and have it pop up) Well, It DOESN'T! So what good is that? TO have a website the name of the product, yet you type in the product name and it is nowhere to be found!?!?!? So then my salesgirl got on the phone and assured me that by the next month it would be fixed and apologized for the idiot I spoke with. Well, 3 months later you still are unable to pull up my site under the name. The ONLY way is IF you put the name and add the.com. It is just ONE word and when you type it in you will see and read the survey that is off of MY WEBSITE. MY information on COMPETITORS websites but my DAMN site does NOT come up! When I called furious and canceled they proceeded to bill me for 3 more months and when I refused to pay, I am NOW in a fricking collection agency. I paid for 8 months and got NOTHING! Gosh I only wish I had known about your site before to check them out. I ABSOLUTELY would NOT have wasted MY MONEY. They are total rip-offs. AND have horrible customer service. And they make EMPTY Promises. As far as the curious, "Raving" responses on here for their "Satisfied" Customers...

All I can say is they were probably paid off or they are employee's or relatives, because for the NORMAL little guy needing help they are AWFUL!
