SCAM which aims at getting credit card details and signature

I signed for an electronic fax service on-line with OPENFAX using my credit card. Then OPENFAX asked me to complete and sign an application. They subsequently rejected my address even though it is genuine.

I consequently asked OPENFAX for proofs that my credit card details had been removed from their system and they refused to provide it. I therefore conclude that OPENFAX is a SCAM which tries to get to credit card details and signatures from applicants.
