Ripped Off

Feb placed order for a BenQ MW512 3D Ready DLP Projector. March proceeded to contact Californiacell via e-mail requesting information on my order. I was told by Californiacell that they did not have it in stock and that they would at the end of march. So i waited, still nothing. So i start calling and e-mailing the company every few days. Finally i receive a response stating my order has been cancelled and to follow up with my credit card. Here is something i had to find out the hard way. Most banks and credit card company's only give you 3 months to file a complaint in order to get your money back from the bank or credit card company and then they take care of going after that company that owes you. So now it is up to me to get the money back from Californiacell that they owe me. It is now January almost 1 year has gone by with constant e-mails and calls from me to Californiacell. I fear i will be forced to spend money by suing just to get back what is rightfully mine.
