Delaying my refund past the 6 week time frame that I was given

On April 14 I attempted to purchase the Panda Cloud Security from Panda. After payment through paypal I was given a link to download the software and install it on my computer. I attempted to do this a couple of times but found no link on the webpage that was given. I informed customer service of this using their tech support. My first attempt was an email response with a dead link. I then emailed them again and was given the same dead link to a yahoo page. I called the tech support and told them about this, they appologized and sent another email with SPANISH this time. I got nowhere with this company. So I called and asked for a refund, got a confirmation number and was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to process. No problem. Now it has been two months. I called Panda support and was told that it could take longer to process and to please wait, there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the famous line "they are in a meeting". I am very dissapointed in this as the company is rated highly for anti virus support. Someone needs to look at the tech support and get them straight.
