Order product, they take your money and don't ship

Placed an order with these people on Dec. 20. They charged the credit card on December, 22. It is now January 9 and there is still no product. They have made NO contact in any way. Numerous phone calls and numerous emails go un-answered. Always voice mail. Never anyone to answer. BBB has them down for numerous complaints. Watch out for these fraudsters. I sure wouldn't order from them again. And I will sure tell everyone that I know not to order from them again. Turning it over to the FTC and my lawyer now.
