Taking money they shouldnt, almost impossible to contact they hang up when you call, dont have any product internet

I decided to purchase a game tonight star wars The Old Republic.

Having seen it played today by a friend i was eager to join them, the digital purchase option was not working on their website though so i decided to buy a key code, its been awhile since i have needed to do this so i looked for a site,

I found http://www.allcdkey.com / amongst others and decided to check if anyone had complained about it.

I did find three complaints on this site but they were not as bad and far fewer as the ones for the other sites id found, they were also over four years and two of them seemed to have been remedied pretty quick.

I decided all companies would get some complaints and decided to go with these guys.

First thing that happened was they charged me immediately and the wrong ammount.

Second thing that happened was i recieved an email saying they had tried to contact me to verify the purchase and had missed me and to please contact them.

I emailed them back and then over the next 3 hours emailed them 4 more times with no response so i called them, and they hung up, tried again and they hung up in all they hung up on me 26 times over the next hour.

I emailed them one last time saying i felt they were a scam and that i would be contacting my bank to cancel the payment and report them as a fishing scam.

Lo and behold i finally got to speak to someone who told me they were out of stock and would be for three days that even though they had taken my money when i didnt pick up the phone the first time they sold all their stock and that it was my problem not his and eventually that he would not have more stock.

Beware these people they will steal from you
