Ripoff unordered no return

After ordering 1 cd on special (S&H only) they decided to send a second unordered disk. On phone they demanded return of both disks (which they got) and only credited me for the second disk but STUCK ME WITH 3 S&H CHARGES of $6.95 EACH - $20.85 - FOR NOTHING. The so-called customer service people (including supervisor) were rude and showed an incredible amount of ignorance and lack of tack for a customer-to-be who was a victim of their screw-up. Beware beware...
