2 months passed and still no item

I purchased a Train gift-card out of this website in the beginning of December and also have yet to get it. I had been advised I had been likely to get it 3 months before, clearly I'venot obtained it. I tried contacting the 800 # on the site, however it simply rings and bands. I bought this more than 2 weeks before. I'm as if I ought to've obtained it right now. Minimal they might do is cost your bank acct WHILE/when they really deliver them! They've my $, but I actually donot have my item! Every respected organization I understand only costs your card once they deliver your product YOU taken care of!
