Giftless grandchildren for christmas internet

I will start this report by saying that CHRISTMAS came and went and my grandchildren had no gift from Grandma and Grandpa. Omg. This company called me to finalize my first order and told me that both orders should b in time for christmas NO PROBLEM..

I finally recieved the first order on December 30th, it was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered 4 ipod tablets and 2 netbooks. I was sent 5 NOTEBOOKS. I still can not understand how that order can be so messed up and nothing that I ordered I called&talked with someone named Brian and he had the nerve to argue with me telling me there must b a tablet in the box. Still giftless I had to go out shopping and managed to replace 3 of the gifts I hadn't received and I decided to use 4 of the 5 notebooks they sent me.

2 of them r not able to get on any websites and another one want come on at all and the other one will not pull up any websites and 3 of the keys off the keyboard came off the first day.

I received the 2nd pkg on JANUARY 4th (10 DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS).. I have no intention to even open this box. I will b sending it back along with the 5 notebooks from the first order that I DIDNT order. I am very and angry and feel ripped off. I will tell everyone I know NEVER EVER buy anything from this company.

So my next action will b to get a full refund and I sure HOPE they dont give me any problem in doing so because I am very pissed off and will take this issue as far as I have too to get it RESOLVED..
