Palmunlocker fraud there product doesnt work

After purchasing digitalunlock hp veer i followed all of there instructions on how to unlock my hp veer after digitalunlock sent me the unlock code i waited until my phone asked me for the unlock code i entered it several times an it didnt work. I sent them "emails" noting that there product didnt work and i got no response please someone need to stop them from taking 40 dollars from people and there product doesnt work "i want my money back and something need to be done to there site" people please stay away from there site its a big scam that cost 40 dollars.
