Offer by email from a friend who apparently had a tag sending out unknow emails. New online Incomes was offering a business with unlimited referrals to make unlimited income. You simply placed ads on web sites and were paid for each one. After giving them $98.00 I was sent to a Help Desk (925-364-9073) who wanted to help me select the best on-line business for me. I stated this was not of interest and asked for a refund. I was told I must wait 20 days to do so. Waited 20 days made 4 requests and have never received a refund after 2 months of trying.
