Took my money but never shipped my order or respnod to emails or phone calls Internet

I paid for an order from triplelive.com in january of after months of waiting and having a real hard time getting a hold of anyone there i got a couple excuses that the manufacturer was to blame for the extended delay. But after that i no longer get any responses to emails or phone calls. They dont answer the phone it goes to voicemail and they never return my calls. It's been almost a year now and i don't understand how they are still in business. I would like my money back or to at least receive what i paid for almost a year ago now.
