Sitestar
Billing Practices in Violation of FTC Statutes and Good Faith and Fair Dealing

Internet & Web

Sitestar has acquired businesses and has many complaints regarding billing practices from consumers after the acquisitions. If you believe that these practices are in violation of 15 U.S. C 1692 due to unfair credit practices and would like to participate in a class action suit against Sitestar, please comment. I personally have standing under this statue due to Sitestar's attempt to bill me where no agreement exists after an acquisition of Jellico, an internet provider, and am interested in determining if other viable complaints exist.
