DB Smith Group FRAUD

My mother in law and I ordered a product from this company about a month ago as a Christmas present for my husband. They sent us a receipt by email so we assumed it was on its way. We've never received the product!

There is no way to contact the company because the number goes right to a voicemail box and the voicemail box is always full and not accepting new messages. They also won't answer our emails. There is no way to know where our product is or if we will ever get it!

Right now because of this company, we have paid a good amount of money, but have no Christmas present for my husband this year. I think we were scammed.
