Misleading advertisement / signup process

Advertisement on iPhone (linked from Words with Friends) showed examples of clearance items. The advertisement did not accurately depict the site as requiring up-front charge to my credit card. While I do accept the responsibility of not looking closely at the fine print, the advertisement and signup process closely mimiced that of legitimate sites.

In my opinion, the website signup process should be more explicit in letting the consumer know that the charge would be immediate and that the examples shown on the advertisement do not accurately represent the products available on the website.
