Stardoll, sd, star doll Rip-off stardoll

Hello, Today 18/12.
I logged on to stardoll did my usal stuff went shopping saw something i liked so i exchanged starcoins for stardollars but i needed a lil bit more so i only bought 1 item.
I went to buy some more stardollars with my mobile did the usaul every thing was fine but when it finished it tryed to make me buy some more but i dont want to.
I paid 2.00 for 90 stardollars and i havent got them! It took the money but did not give me my stardollars i have been ripped-off i feel so angry and shocked words cannot descibe.
I have complained to the staroll staff and i am waiting for a reply i hope to get my 90 stardollars or a refund i am so f* furious at them!!!
