Millenium Marketing total scam/fraud - DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with these scam artist

I was contacted in June of this year by CRH Enterprises, LCC - Phoenix, AZ to start up a web based business. I thought I had checked them out and didn't find anything negative and at that time they had an "A" on BBB site. The name listed was Diana Lukowski and on the Arizona Corporation Commission web site she along with Ryan Helms was listed as members and site showed that they had "CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING".

Brian Davis d/b/a CHR Ent. LCC - was to be my 'coach' and convinced me that this was all legitimate company and it would be very profitable business and as I had recently been hosp. W / no insurance ($42,000 bill) that it was 'divine intervention' and I only needed to 'take a leap of faith'. It wasn't until I 'invested' a large amount of $10,000.00 charged to my credit card that it was very hard to make contact with them.

I thought that since I had put on my c/c I would be protected from Fraud yet about 6weeks later after I filed complaint -I was contacted my c/c company and they said I would have to take it up with above company. CRH had used 'echosign' via a company in FL - The Media Hook. I called them about this transaction and told them that CRH wouldn't return my calls. They were supposedly very irate and promised to help me with this. It was within the week that CRH (Brian Davis & Caitlyn Petersen) called and said they had set up my website and it might take 3 months to start seeing any profit and reassured me that they were on the 'up & up'. Then again all communications stopped.

I again contacted The Media Hook and they said they would do all they could do to help get my money back and agreed that Ryan Helms was attempting to scam me and would also consider charges be brought against them. TMH contacted me by phone in September and said they were able to get charges reversed but it would take about 3-4 months until I would see reversal. I have yet to get the money back and seems that it isn't going to happen unless I do all I can to get charges brought against them for fraud/internet scamming.

I have filed a complaint with the MO Attorney General's Office and also with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (FBI) yet haven't heard from them yet regarding how to take those involved down! After doing more investigating, I find that these two rip-off artist were doing the same thing as Millenium Marketing Concepts out of Las Vegas, NV in 2009; and just moved on to set up in AZ.

I made a promise to Brian Davis that if this was a scam - I would not let it go and will have them 'hunted' down and that I would not hesitate in bringing charges against them all. He knew that I was on disablity, had huge hospital bill and played on my Christian faith.

If you realize that Diana Lukowski or Ryan Helms is behind any scheme - go directly to authorities!!
