Never received deposit

I recently offered a lot of previous activities from glyde and my ipod nano, i noticed these were a reasonably trust-worthy website so when i ultimately offered anything and had my credit, i requested for that deposit to banking account, its been per week and nothing, they don't have a telephone number to contact plus they don't reply emails.
