Undelivered paid product and scam

I have recently been defrauded by SATBOY.com. I place an order (Order number: 303813) for a product (Diablo cam) with Satboy on 06-25, about six months ago. I duly paid 112 euro using my credit card which was confirmed by mail by satboy. I did not receive the product.instead the company devised other method of further taking more money from me.

After about 5 month (October) of my persistent mails to satboy, I was told that the product had just been returned to them by the mail courier, because the item was not claimed at my local post offfice, which was not true. I went to the post office weekly prior to that and they confirmed there was no such package for me.

Satboy then asked me to pay a further 38 euro for shipping the product again to me using PREMIUM SERVICE, which i assumed will be DHL, in that case the delivery will be to my house, eliminating any further excuse of unclaimed product.
